Some time I really wonder and fail to understand the motive behind not working mind of People.
People hired for some job responsibility will engage in other work other then for what they hired for... I dont think this is non-intentional.....
Intentionally.... they do the non-doings....
Reason behind these activities or mental status can be understood and analyszed by each one... and try to change themselves towards working culture...
Otherwise... time is not long... and the situation will not wait for anything... Offcourse... whoever hired you will not keep mum for long time... Please keep this in mind "they are watching you"
Sure they will take action...... dont give room for this.... Change yourself before they change you
